Assistants

1. Are  kindly asked to give correct and complete personal  informations.

3. Are  kindly asked to quote only from researches of others published till 1950.
4. Are  kindly asked to give complete bibliographical informations about place, date and page of quoted literary texts referred to in their input and of the researches used.
5. If a research has co-authors the assistant must list their names too.
6. Bear  all legal responsibility and consequences if their inputs are bound to any copyright restrictions with institutions and/or publishers.
7. Bear  full responsibility for incorrect contents of their inputs.
8. Please note that every time our policy is updated, assistants will kindly be asked to accept it again before logging in.
9. These prerequisites are mandatory to participate as assistant.
10. Accept  to contribute without being payed or rewarded in any way.
11. Are allowed to refer to their inputs in their CV or in other references.
12. Will see within three weeks if their contribution is released. Only complete and correct contributions will be released.

Contributors

1. Are kindly asked to give their correct and complete personal informations.

5. If a research was published in cooperation with co-authors the contributor must be reassured of their agreement and takes all legal responsibility  and consequences concerning this item.
6. Bear all legal responsibility and consequences if their contributions are bound to any copyright restrictions with institutions and/or publishers.
7. Bear full responsibility for incorrect contents of their contributions.

Board-members

1. Choses new board members by invitation.
2. Admits the release of contributions on the site if the prerequisites are completed and fulfilled.
3. Will not correct contributions nor interact with contributors.
4. May quote from their own published researches.
5. Only board members may contribute from unpublished researches. In this case they are kindly asked to mark the date and time of the uploaded matrix in the window for this purpose.
